We offer a full refund if you request it within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and our service failed to perform as advertised.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, submit a support request by either opening a ticket at https://help.joltsms.com or emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your name, order number, the email address used to sign up, and a clear explanation of the issue you experienced. Screenshots are encouraged to help us better understand the problem.
Fair Use & Abuse Policy
The money-back guarantee is void if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, requesting large quantities of numbers without using them, generating excessive or scripted API activity that does not result in legitimate SMS reception, or participating in fraudulent, spam-related, or malicious behavior that could harm JoltSMS or third-party platforms. Accounts found to be engaging in such activities may be suspended or permanently banned without notice. In these cases, all remaining credits are forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
Account Closure Warning
Please do not close your dashboard account before the refund has been processed. Closing your account before the process is complete will result in forfeiture of all credits and will make you ineligible for a refund.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
After 7 Days
Refund requests received after the seven-day window will not be considered.
