How billing works
We charge upfront when you get your number—protecting both you and us from provisioning costs.
Pick your number
You enter payment info → we charge immediately (3DS if required) → number provisioned within seconds. If preferred area code unavailable, you see a Credit Note within 5 minutes.
Monthly billing
$50 auto-renews 30 days after your first charge (e.g., if you started Jan 1, next charge is Jan 31). 3 days before, we pre-authorize your card so provisioning doesn't break.
Cancel anytime
Turn off auto‑renew → you keep the number until your paid cycle ends. No partial refunds. TextVerified (our upstream) stops renewing once your paid time is up.
Receipts & invoices
Stripe emails you a receipt after each payment. View all invoices in your Dashboard under Billing → Payment History.
