Which countries do you support?

Today, JoltSMS provides US-based numbers only. Many international platforms accept US numbers for verification, but always check the service's rules for your region.

How long can I keep my JoltSMS number?

As long as your subscription stays active. Numbers are billed monthly and auto-renew, so you can keep the same number across re-verification checks and account changes. If you cancel, the number will eventually be recycled and should no longer be used for login.

Can I reuse the same number for re-verification?

Yes—that's the whole point. Unlike disposable numbers, your JoltSMS number is meant to stay with your account so you can pass re-verification months later, as long as you keep renting it.

Why can't I use this number for verification?

Some platforms block numbers for reasons outside our control—previous account abuse, device or IP reputation, or region rules. When you see "this number cannot be used for verification," try again later or contact support with the error details so we can investigate.

Why is my code missing or delayed?

Most codes arrive within a few seconds, but delays can happen due to carrier congestion, platform throttling, or local routing issues. Refresh your Jolt inbox, confirm the right number is selected, and retry the code request once. If nothing arrives, follow the full troubleshooting checklist.

Do you guarantee delivery of every verification SMS?

No provider can guarantee 100% delivery, because the sending platform and carriers control part of the path. We operate carrier-grade SIM hardware and actively monitor delivery, but some messages may still be blocked or dropped. If you suspect a delivery issue, open a support ticket with timestamps and sender details.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your number will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Because numbers are allocated specifically for your account, we can't guarantee you'll get the same number back if you re-subscribe later.

Can my team share access to codes?
