Quick Answers

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

We don't currently support pausing subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; your numbers will stay active until the end of the current billing period. After that, they may be recycled and we can't guarantee you'll get the same numbers back if you re-subscribe.

Will I keep the same number if I cancel and later re-subscribe?

Not guaranteed. Once a number is released after cancellation, it may eventually be returned to our inventory and assigned to another customer. If you need ongoing access to the same number for re-verification, keep the subscription active.

Can my team share access to codes without sharing a login?

Yes. You can invite teammates to your JoltSMS account and control their access. They'll be able to see verification codes in the shared inbox and any connected Slack or Discord channels, without reusing the same account password.
